USCIS Increase Adoption Fees starting Nov 23, 2010

On September 23, 2010, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced a final rule adjusting fees for immigration applications and petitions.

According to the new fee listing, starting on November 23, 2010 the filling fees for I-600A/I-600 and I-800A/I-800 will increase to $720. Biometrics (fingerprinting) will increase to $85.

Exiting Fees (effective through 11/22/2010)

• I-600A / I-600 for non-Hague countries: $670
• I-800A / I-800 for Hague countries: $670
• Biometric Fingerprint: $80

Adjusted Fees (effective from 11/23/2010)

• I-600A / I-600 for non-Hague countries: $720
• I-800A / I-800 for Hague countries: $720
• Biometric Fingerprint: $85
